Draught. Frothy off-white good mostly deminishing head. Dark red amber colour. Moedrate malty and light hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Plumb and bourbon notes. Moderate bitter nice acetic/bourbon flavor. Again plumb very present. Average heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Small head with short duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are bourbon, fruits, wood, caramel, hops and lactose acid. Nice sour bourbon finish.
