Level 42 bottleshare, Santa is flying past below! Hazy deep amber beer, thin pale tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Does what it says on the tin! Tangy sourish red/brown vibes - tangy fruits and a little red wine. Nice fruity bourbon blends well. Nice light touch of oaky vanilla rides throughout. Some lemon acid creeping in on the light dry finish. Nice.

Bottle at level 42 share, big thanks to Ken! It pours hazy dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is wood, vanilla, resinous, vinous, leather, dried fruits, some balsamic vinegar and tangy berries. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, balsamic vinegar, dried fruits, berry, Granny Smith apple, some acidity, wood and alcohol warmth through the finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not quite as good as I was expecting, perhaps let down a bit by those balsamic vinegar vibes.
