Box @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Pale dishwater texture with tangy pear flavours. Its strength is evident too.

BIAB at Station House Spring Beer Festival 2018, Durham. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and sharp aroma with pear, vinegar. Taste is mellow pear with some tartness and buttery & vinegar-like notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite OK.

From a bag in a box at the Green Man, Bristol 28/3/2013. Green/gold colour with a touch of carbonation. An easy drinking perry, with dryish pear fruit, a touch of citrus acidity and some green herbs. Good.

Polycask at The Orchard Inn, Bristol, 27.01.12 Pours straw coloured with very little haze and a few stray bubbles. Loz absolutely loves this because to her it tastes and smells very much of rhubarb, I get it but nowhere near as much as Loz, I tend to get a more sweet slightly sileage aroma but when Loz thrusts the glass under my nose for the umpteenth time I get some rhubarb. Its zappy and tangy but above all very good, oh and as Loz insists it is rhubarbtastic. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9
