Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk. Appearance - orange with a light haze. Thin White head. Nose - wood and dried orange. Balsamic. Taste - wood and Balsamic. Palate - light bodied with a persistent sour finish. Overall - nice.

750ml bottle online from the brewery, sampled at a bottleshare. Pours light hazed orange with a large foamy tan head. Aroma: strong brett, wine esters, tangerine, tart citric lemon. Taste is light to moderate acidic, lemon, grapefruit, white wine, apricots, big bretty punch. Medium bodied with frothy carbonation. Glorious.

ABV: 8.5%. Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, citrus - fruity hops, dried fruit, grapes, wood - oak, orange - citrus, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, dried fruit, orange, grapes, wood, oxidide, funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, fruits, wood, hops, malt and has a nice long sour finish.

Bottle @Saxo's. Clear dark golden, white head. Sour, malty aroma, light brett. Sour flavour, bitter citrus peel, woody, floral, perfumy in a nice way. Light alc warmth. The floral thing increases towards the finish. Quite elegant.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, bretty and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 080420
