Bottle shared at level 42. It pours murky dirty orange - amber with a decent white head. The aroma is over - ripe fruits, old peach, big dirty brett, wood, farmyard and earth. The taste is crisp, tart, good mouth - pucker, sour nectarine, sour peach, sherbet, funk, dirty and wood with a dry, bretty finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty alright.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham, Sunday 3rd January 2016 consumed at home the same day. Hazy mid brown colour, puddle brown, a real murkfest. The head is amazing it billows up, but hey blink and you’ve missed it, because as soon as it had arisen it bid farewell, no head and few bubbles I watched it, it was quite weird. It’s fruity, tart and is what I expected. I like it, its a tangy, sour gum zapping fruity number with some balsamic, it’s fine. A7 A2 T7 P3 Ov14 3.3
