Bottle shared at the big Dave tasting at craft beer Co Islington. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. A hazed orange golden coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is earthy grains, raw saison yeast and spicy citrus hop. Wheat on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of raw grains, spicy orange rind, earthy grains, saison yeast, Belgian phenols. Palate is spritzy, high frothy carbonation, grainy. Rough round the edges.

Bottle thanks to Daniel. It pours hazy amber with a thick white head. The aroma is earthy, loads of soapy citrus, bread, spice and waxy peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, very soapy, floral, citrus peel, spice, grapefruit and a touch of alcohol. Medium body and moderate + foamy carbonation. Far too soapy for my liking. Meh.

Craft Islington bottleshare. Thanks to Danny, Very hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy and somewhat over carbonated dry palate. Sweetish malts, some cream. Bubblegum esters. Tangy fruit salad.. Floral spice. Airy dry finish. Odd but interesting.

Bottle split at Islo thanks to DD, 21/04/16. Clear golden with a decent off White covering. Nose is sweet, light puke, grain, bready notes. Taste comprises Belgian yeast esters, orange peel, grain, straw, sweet locks. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison ... A little rough around the edges but ok.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Daniel. Pours murky gold with floaty bits and a creamy, white head. Rich doughy wheat in the nose, lots of yeast, phenols, orange. Medium sweet flavour with sugary, doughy wheat, ripe tangerine and orange, some bitter grain husk, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more citrus motets, marmalade, light minerals, more wheat, yeast, dough, meringue. So so.
