Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Clear gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Thin pale malts bring a light sweetness. Resinous citric hops, some citric peel which carries through the light finish and lingers on. Hop spice remains. Nice.

Cask gravity at Craft 100. It pours clear rich gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, earthy, piney, grass, sweat, farmyard, dirt and piss. The taste is crisp, bitter, oily hop, pine needles, grass, citrus peel and piss. Medium body, fine carbonation and oil mouth-feel. Hops come across a bit pissy, but it’s not bad overall.
