Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear amber with a small off-white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, apricot, stone fruits, citrus peel and a hint of plastic. The taste is crisp, bitter, grapefruit, piney fresh, lemon verbena and hay with a pretty drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A like aspects of this, but it is just a touch rough around the edges to be a game-changer.
