Seasonal Beer.
Our bokbier that rings in the autumn every year. Dark and full-bodied, but not as sweet as you would expect. The fine, light brown head holds for a long time while the dark, black-brown beer releases the aromas of the roasted malt: brown sugar, caramel and beautiful, dark fruit. The aftertaste is pleasantly dry.

330ml can from the Jumbo supermarket in Valkenburg. Drank at home on 4th December 2025. Red hue to the mahogany body, clean and clear look, beige foam top. Malty and pretty sweet brew, some herbal action calms the caramel/toffee flavours a little and a light bitterness tries to creep in towards the finish.

Tap at the 7th Vriendenbock.

Pours a deep brown, almost black, with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar, roasted malts. Flavour is malty, caramel, sweet, with a bitter finish. A nice dunkler bock.

From the “Jumbo” in Arnhem. Brown with a frothy, beige head. Brown sugar in the aroma. Slightly grainy and metallic with berries and banana in the mix. Taste is mildly sweet. The uptick of bitterness at the finish has a metallic feel. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Below average bock.
