A refreshingly hoppy American pale ale, Itty-Bitty Goose is another edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV pale ales. The nose offers bold aromas of lemon oil, orange blossom and honeysuckle. Flavors of bright citrus zest, clementine and overripe pineapple lead the palate with a lightly toasted malt backbone and a delicate, grassy bite. Itty Bitty Goose is light bodied, balanced and effervescent.

Pours a very hazy, bright banana-yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is very slight, but there are some hints of citrus and some pine/spruce hops. Flavor is grassy, with some citrus. Kind of a watery mouthfeel--not up to the usual Trillium standards. Bitter finish and aftertaste.

Bottleshare at Matteo’s. Thanks to Leighton. Lightly hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent minerally carbonation. Soft dry pale malts, mildly sweet. A little hop spice and citric pith. Spicy orange and spicy orange peel. Light tangerine. Smooth semi dry finish, Nice.

Can shared at the holiday party, thanks! Slightly hazy deep yellow in color with a moderate off white head. Light apricot earthy and pine with a solid toasty light bready maltiness. Everyone ignored this beer on the table, but I really enjoyed it!
