Tap at Boreft’13: Clear dark amber coloured brew with an bitter taste and herbel hints. They said no hops used in the beer, but the was quite bitter.

Tap @ Borefts 2014. Blonde. Citrus and soft floral notes in the aroma. Hint of leather. Citric malty floral flavor with hints of a soft sourness. Somewhat grainy. Apple. Decent.

On tap at Haand Festival. An almost clear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is on the fruity side, with tropical fruit notes, lemon and oranges. There’s some bitterness in the flavor, it’s fruity and lightly herbal, with a metallic touch towards the end. Medium body, quite dry and with a nice carbonation level. Not a beer I can see myself buying again, but it was quite interesting anyway. 140524

Draught @ 6th Borefts Beer Festival 2014, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Mont Saleve Cervoise ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grape, wine - white wine. Flavour is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, zest bitter, zest dry, citrus - lemon, fruity, dry, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140927]

Keg at BBF 6, 27/09/14. Clear golden with no head. Nose is tarte fruits, citric peel, lemon, straw, earthy notes. Taste follows, tangy citrics, earthy, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough offering.
