Leighton’s flat clearance. Thanks to LKS. Clear amber - brown beer, thin tan head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Light and tangy malts, very mild dark character. A little tangy fruits. Semi sweet floralness. Light semi dry finish. It’s a passable stout but it is watery.

Cask gravity at Croydon Craft 2016. It pours darkest brown, near black with a quickly dissipating tan head. The aroma is rich roast, dark chocolate, earthy, light smoke, tobacco and umami. The taste is bitter, chewy, rich roasted malts, earthy, tobacco, liquorice, charred wood and umami with a dry, roasted finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Pretty well - rounded and robust.

Fra cask på Grape & Grain Crystal Palace 28 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Svart. Bobleskum som daler fort. Lett søt fruktaroma. Smaken veldig søt. Litt lakris men kjedelig.
