Bottle shared at Leightons gaff , 19/09/2016. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. A pale yellow straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is sour pithy lemon, picked citrus, straw, hint of vinegar. Flavour is composed of tangy sour, pithy lemon, citrus acid, wheat. Palate is semi sweet and sour, highish carbonation, prickly. Decent enough.

Bottle shared in London - sourced from th brewery. Pours mostly clear, pale yellow with a filmy, white foam head. The nose holds lemon, dried wheat, yuzu, tangerine. Light sweet flavour with pleasant lemony acidity, light wheat, lemon, crisp yuzu tang. Ligh bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, lightly sweaty, with tart lemon, light zesty yuzu. Great stuff.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear very pale gold with a small, fizzy white head. The aroma is sweet lemony citrus, creamy, lactic, straw, tangy, touch of celery and loads of pickled onion monster munch. The taste is crisp, tart, good mouth - pucker, lemon sherbet, bright yuzu, minerals, lactic tang, sour green apple with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Tastes rather nice. Good fun.
