500ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is crisp apple, fruity, some skin & core, alittle sweetness along with some acidity and soft tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Percy Shaw, Halifax. Clear golden, crisp with a fine texture and a very good apple flavour.

Box @ JDW Shrewsbury Hotel. Pours a relatively clear gold. Medium-sweet apple fruit aroma. Taste presents some nice medium-apple fruit, smooth, lightly slick, with some fresh juice and bramley notes. Not bad.

Pours a still clear orange gold colour with a tiny off white head. Apple pie aroma, sweet dough and stewed apples. Sweet stewed apple taste, thin and uninspiring.
