375ml dark green bottle with a wire cradle cork, bought at Six Degrees North Aberdeen about a year ago. Bright golden body, just a ring of bubbles to the rim of the surface. Tart and woody dry nose. Brett, green apple tartness and cheese to the taste buds. Ends tart and dry. Well bodied. Refreshing cleanser. Well made version of the style (Shared with Finn and djoeye, Tromsø 23.03.2017).

Bottle. Arcade Beers, Huddersfield. Hazy, orange gold. Slimmest halo of white. Nose has dessert apple skin. Wheat and damp grain. Sawn wood. A little sweaty and fusty. Light notes of white wine vinegar. Taste has an acidic, baked apple thing, where the sweetness ebbs and flows. Crisp, clean and tartly acidic mouthfeel. Finish is tart, lightly acidic, with a sour apple, wheaty close.
