On tap at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 15/8/2017. Deep and hazy golden in colour with a thin, white, head. Tart citrus, ripe rhubarb and white bread aroma, followed by flavours of yeasty tangerine and apricot fruits, with a deep barnyard character. Finish was mouth puckering sour, yet refreshing, and lingered on for a long while. Excellent drinking.

Keg at HL1. It pours cloudy orange with a decent white head. The aroma is musty, funky, tart rhubarb, strawberry, light jam, fruit compote, cracker, biscuit, toasted sesame seed, bread and funk The taste is crisp, dry, tart, very pleasant sour rhubarb throughout, strawberry, lemony sherbet, lime, decent mouth - pucker, bread, funk, wood, minerals, hay, bright acidity and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, lively carbonation. Incredibly flavoursome and well balanced. So very impressed for this kind of thing to come from a new UK brewery. Grade A sour.
