Combining a traditional kettle souring method with soft malt base, magnificent fruit notes from the hops and a twist of orange peel to deliver a tart, refreshing beer.

Small bubbly head, hazy golden color, fruity mineral aroma, fruity flavor with a lightbreadiness behind light mellow tartness. Nice and refreshing.

Minimal beige head left a patchy cover on finely carbonated hazy lemon coloured body. Light, fresh aroma of lemon & zest. Medium to thin bodied, crisp & sparkling on the palate with clean back. The taste is much as the aroma with lemon, zest & floral - very delicate.

330ml bottle / Batch 03 / 4%. Cloudy dull orange colour with a thin dissipating head. Aroma of mildly tart citrus, berries. Taste of light sour citrus, orange peel, vague berry fruits, mildly tart finish. Light body, fairly thin, almost flat carbonation. A pleasant beer but leaves a bit to be desired. Label mentions cranberries were added but I couldn't taste this at all.

Bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - golden orange and hazy. Decent thin head. Then in the last third of the pour, huge lumps of yeast plop in. So, needed to wait for a couple of minutes for these to drop to the bottom... mostly. Nose - tangy, candied lemon. Light funk and lanolin. Taste - more lemon and funk. Sweet citrus note in the middle and sour funk returns on the finish. Palate - light bodied and tangy. Tangy finish. Overall - after a very unpleasant pour, it improved.

Bottle shared in London - picked up on Mare Street. Pours clear yellow with a small, white foam head. Ripening lemon in the nose, wheat flakes, hay. Light sweet flavour with very subtle acidity, lemon peel, lightly bitter straw, melon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, lightly drying, with nips of lemon, grapefruit, hay, salt. Quenching. Nice.
