Cask at the 7 Stars, Rugby, 12/03/14. Clear golden with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is light caramel, bready malt, fruit notes, light orchard tones, biscuit crumble. Taste comprises lemon rind, pale malts, straw, hint of caramel, bready notes. Medium bodied, softish carbonation, light bitter pangs in the close. Very so so GB.

[Gravity cask at Chippenham beerfest] Bland and dull and watery. Not much here but a slight dry, bitter finish and the vague imaginings of bread and lemon.
