Cask at Pembury. It pours clear golden with a tiny white. The aroma is straw, toasty grain, grass, floral and lemongrass. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, toasty grain, grass, straw, bit soapy and peppery spice with a dry finish. Lightish body and soft carbonation. Not a huge amount to it, but drinkable enough.

Pembury Tavern. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Malts bring a mild sweetness. Little egg underneath. Mild and bright citrus. Light bitterish finish. Not too bad.
