Keg at the Cock. Very hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Smooth airy palate, good fine carbonation. Soft malts, some creamy sweetness. Light spice. Touch of tropical fruits. Little citric peel. Soft piney fruity spicy finish. Good stuff.

Keg at Cock Tavern. It pours golden with a touch of haze with a sturdy foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, juicy, sticky, resin, peach, papaya, candied stuff, bread and orange chewits. The taste is dry, bitter, juicy, chewy, warming alcohol, mango, papaya, grapefruit, oily, grassy, pine needles, peppery spice and bready with a drying finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Good fun. Fruity and unctuous.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours perfectly clear gold with a lasting, dense white cream on top. Nice dank pine aroma, some tropical fruits, ripening citrus. Medium sweet flavourbwith supportive pale bread, mild piney bitterness, lots of oranges, tangerine and melon, some mango. Full bodied, oily, with fine to average carbonation. Warming and resinous in the finish, like a nice old-school West Coast DIPA, with more dank pine, juicy citrus, mango and papaya. A little bit of a throwback, but really fresh and super drinkable. Solid.
