Bottle at RBWG GT. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, yeast, earthy hop. Medium body, grass, lemon, grape, lingering dry finish, very nice.

Pours hazy white-yellowish. Aroma is sour for sure, chalky and a bit of funk in there. Good. Taste has some farmhouse, sour feel, even some balsamic. Really enjoying this. Nice carbonation, beautifully refreshing.

Bottle shared. Thanks Tim M! Simple, yeast forward nose with some light peach notes and spice. Some lemon on the palate with more yeast and some oak. Light chardonnay notes, but it is there. Body feels well-rounded and soft, some light minerals. Finish is slightly tart. Pretty straight-foward saison, but still nice.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Hazy yellow. Thin, dense, lasting, white head. Nose is big on the Chardonnay. Notes of gooseberry. Lime juice. Soft, damp wood funk. Woody and yeasty. Hints of fruity hop. Taste is light, woody, yeasty sweet. Some vinous tartness. Comes together well. Lovely mouthfeel. Tart, refreshing, with a zesty bite. Finishes with some light bitterness, and a vinous, gooseberry tang. The Chardonnay shines bright in this. Very nice. Looking at earlier ratings, this appears to be coming good.

Draught No head, orangey-golden beer. Citrus, spices, stonefruit as peach, lemon, sulphur. Again spicy& fruity; bit of (good) white bread, fresh. Getting again apricot or peach (the Chardonnay?). Fruit-filled for body, bit of acidthinning? I wouldn’t call it a Saison, but it’s quite a good beer!
