Bottle. Burning Sky online. Soft haze on a pale gold. Fine, dense white head is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has spicy hop leaf. Clean malts. Fresh oak. Cracked pepper. Soft lemon brett. Touch of goat cheese funk. Taste has a flicker of sweetness, but is mostly tart, dry, and lightly leafy. Light to medium body. Clean and dry. Crisp and fine carbonation. Tart, bright, refreshing bitterness to finish. Great stuff.

Bottle at Castlegate. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a small, foamy white head. The aroma is musty, earthy, apricot, peachy yoghurt, savoury vibes, floral and orange blossom. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, lactic, musty, funky, barnyard, earthy, leather, vinous, juicy, musty, red berry, granny smith apple, woody, leather, light tannin, lactic and straw with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent gear., a touch acidic maybe.
