Bottle. Burning Sky online. Lightly hazy, medium gold. Thin covering of just off white foam. Nose has light oak. Preserved lemon. Some sweet grain. Touch of funk. Taste errs toward sweet and grainy. Modicum of tartness. Light to medium body. A little slick. Soft carbonation. Light tartness to finish. Seems not quite right rating a beer like this so fresh, as there’s no doubt it’ll turn into a blinder, just like the 2016 did recently. But. You know. Ticking and shit. Still fucking way better than most out there though.

Bottle at home. Light hazed golden colour with a crisp white head. Aroma is citrus and winey. Taste tart and dry. It has that creamy Oaked Chardonnay character. Crisp body.

Bottle. Probably from RAD or direct online. Or maybe Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Light haze on a light gold. Firm, lasting, lacing, dense white head. Awesome looking beer. Nose you can pick up half a room away. New leather. Apple pomace. Fresh white grape. Light tannins and soft brett. It’s all here. Taste has an initial sweetness, turning tannic, woody, and a little bitter. Smooth and fresh on the palate. Super foamy carbonation. Lightly drying with a touch of acidity. Lingering tart and leathery bitterness to finish. Whoa. Loads going off here.
