On tap at Craft Beer Junction Bermondsey . Gold colour hazy lasting white head. Good funky aroma. oh yes that's a good saison. I like everything about it. aroma the flavour the salt and vinegar crisp finish. I mean I love it as a saison. bit too harsh on finish. bit too salt and vinegar. but the rest is lovely.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery online shop. Pours mostly clear gold-orange with a big, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with nice woody funk, lemony tartness, moderate acidity. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Quenching finish, nicely juicy citrus notes, cleansing acidity, subtle woody dryness. Excellent.
