Cask at the Pembury Tavern - Hackney. Pours a gorgeous clear gold with a tight, foamy white head. Lovely and rounded, nice pale biscuits, faint onion and pine, background citrus notes. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation; great condition. Balanced finish, more soft citrus, mellow grassy bitterness, biscuity pale malts. Sound.
