Handpump @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, di tè, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è equilibrata, attacco maltato con finale amaro. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.

Cask at the Pembury Tavern - Hackney. Pours a gorgeous clear gold with a tight, foamy white head. Lovely and rounded, nice pale biscuits, faint onion and pine, background citrus notes. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation; great condition. Balanced finish, more soft citrus, mellow grassy bitterness, biscuity pale malts. Sound.

Cask at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours clear golden - amber with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is earthy, green, grassy, herbal, floral, oily, resin and some stone fruit. The taste is dry, bitter, toasty grain, oily, grassy, earth, resin, wood, fresh hops, herbal, touch of citrus and varnish with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fresh and green. Nice stuff.
