Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A hazed dark brown coloured pour with loose beige head. Aroma is sour woody lacto, cheesey . Flavour is composed of sour cheese, old oxidised cardboard, sour mouldy wood. Terrible beer. Palate is sour and tangy, moderate carbonation. Terrible.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2017, day 1 - London. Pours unclear brown with a creamy head. Horrible aroma, all cheese, bile, berries. Light sweet flavour, buttery, cheesy. Medium bodied, oily, with soft carbonation. Oily finish, with more cheese, light tang, buttered popcorn. Awful. There seems to be a strong butyric acid infection. This should not have been released by the brewery.

Cask at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours hazy deep brown with a tiny beige head. The aroma is tangy, juicy, sweet cherry, oxidised, spoiled dirty cherryade, sweet tangy cheese and cream cheese bagel. The taste is slick, tangy, juicy, oily, cherry pie, lactic, cheesy, wood, earth, cherry pip, wood and some warming alcohol. Medium body and fine carbonation. Cheesy vibes do ruin this beer. A shame.

Cask at Pig's Ear '17,day one, 05/12/17. Black pour with a messy look beige head of disintegrating bubbles ... looks like trouble! Nose is blueberry cheese cake, funk, light vomit, sharp berry, cottage cheese ... no original barrel blends cheese nose but not great and overbearing. Taste comprises red berry must, lactic tang, cheese balls, vomit, funk, damp straw, earthy berry. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Another cheesy mess.
