This beer showcases a mutually loved hop by us and BrewDog Shepherds Bush, with whom we've brewed with for #Collabfest2017. The marmite of hops: Sorachi Ace joins forces with the power of sour. There's tart and tropical pineapple flavour rising up against creamy, coconut undertones. Each sip presents an assault of sweet and sour; opposing tastes waging incredible wars on your palate and meddling with what your mind knows and understands. Like the legendary "cocktail stick", the beer revives that magical mix of savouriness and juiciness.

Craft St Mary Axe. Keg. Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Baby puke nose - urk! Pleasantly tart fruits and a little sherbet. The buteric carries over from the nose and wrecks it further. Dry crisp finish. Pretty hard to drink. Shame - remove the puke and there would be a good beer here.

Keg at BD Sheps Boost, 20/10/17. Clear light golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is putrid cheese, gag reflex kicks in, vomit, cheese balls. Taste comprises cheesy Wotsits, back of the gullet chunks on a honk up, cheese. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. One of the most unpleasant beers I've experienced ... can't believe they took money off me for this or indeed kept it on tap !

Keg at BDSB - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose isn't too bad, some tangerine and lemon, undertones of Parmesan. The flavour is worse, smacking of a fairly classic butyric acid infection. Lots of oily cheese, nips of bile, lemon, mild acidity. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Oily finish, more cheese notes, tangy lemon. Quite unpleasant. Surprised they are selling this.

Keg at BD Shep's Boost. It pours piss yellow with a medium white head. The is sweet - sour, crazy tangy, big baby vomit action, sweet cheesy action, wotsits and some tinned tropical fruit - truly awful! The taste is tangy, musty, tinned tropical fruits, very cheesy, cheesy wotsits, apple, loads of tangy sickness, sherbet, damp cardboard, dungy manure, touch of acidity and general filth and tangy cheesy finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Nasty cheese and spew sour. Not what they were aiming for an reckon.
