Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear gold with a small, fizzy white head. Sturdy acidity for sure, lemon, some drying pale wood, a hint of vanilla, sourdough bread. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Cleansing finish, further bracing acidity. Quite nice.

Keg at CBC Old Street, 23/11/17. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is funky green berries, citric pissoi, damp hay, lemon tinged, light wood must. Taste comprises sharp white grape skins, funk bite, lemon sherbets, light apple orchard, light spice, wet leaves. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic ripple. Decent easy drinking sour.

Keg at Craft old Street. It pours hazy golden - yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, tart, tangy, white grape, gooseberry, candy, musty funk, earth and oak. The crisp, dry, tart, white grape, gooseberry, lemon sherbet, granny smith, lactic, musty, funk, bright acidity, pickled onion monster munch with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Good fun.
