Pour is typical hazy wit. Aroma is decent wheat malt, vanilla and coriander. Flavor is again a nice typical wit. Soft malt, prickly carbonation with some fresh coriander. This was a nice wit with all the components you are looking for.

Draft. A- Spices, subtle citrus, wheat. A- Light yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Subtle spice, subtle citrus, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- Very soft and not a ton of flavor. It would be easy to drink on a hot day, but with all the other great brews in the area, I think I could find something else in this category more worthwhile.

16 oz can purchased as part of a mix a six at K-7 Liquors in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a slight haze yellow gold with a three inch foamy white head. Foam falls with nice lace. The aroma is clove, mild phenols, straw and a bit of banana fruit sweet. The taste is wheat grain, lemon, straw and the clove yeast notes. None of the banana transitions to the taste, which was good, made for cleaner flavors. The palate is light bodied with active natural carbonation and the lingering citrus in the finish. Easy drinking, enjoyable beer.

At the brewery during GABF week, 2014. Moderately sweet. some coriander flavor with light spice, and surprisingly a dry, crisp finish that is unusual for a wit.

Sample at the taproom. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, wheat and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, herbal yeast and wheat. The finish is mildly spicy with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
