From a can. I like this brewery and this beer is solid. Bright pink with foam. Yeast in the aroma and the flavor is sour with raspberry. they hit a sweet spot as this is very much like a raspberry lambic.

On tap at the brewery. Milky red with small white head. Raspberry on nose and in taste, medium fruity tartness, unfortunately too sweet for me. Pretty light texture.

Single from Craft Beer Cellar in Dallas. Long stay nearby before bringing it home to rest in the fridge for a few weeks. Pint glass. First thought is that this is sort of pale for raspberries. Pours a hazy orange with a very slight plummy color blended in. Weak soda head crash. Smells like POG. Very veggy, fruity vinegar sour nose with just a bit of raspberry warmth. Sour raspberry, sorta bright cherry, very vinegary, veggie, prickly acid, tart wincing finish, bit of pesticide burn, strawberry yogurt on the tail. Too much vinegar. Pork marinade? Thin, yeasty, well carbonated. Too brutally one-sided to enjoy past a few sips.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, 2019 vintage, batch 4. Pours very hazy deep ruby red/orange/pink color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge sour/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, plum, pear, apricot, green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Amazing aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of raspberries, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge sour/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, plum, pear, apricot, green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and yeast/fruit tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, plum, pear, apricot, green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with a great malt/tart/sourness, and tangy fruit balance. Mild lingering puckering sourness, but not overwhelming. Fairly crisp finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol from 6.5%. Overall this is an amazing fruited sour/wild ale. All around amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the moderately acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic/tannic. Amazing balance of super jammy raspberries and Brett/Bacteria complexity; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example as expected.

A hazed pink kool-aid ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, light horse blanket, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet raspberry jam with light acidity, light Epsom salts, jam, very nice and puckering. On tap at brewery.
