Deep hazy orange and light amber coloured body with a thick three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of dank and robust grassy and citrus hops with a ton of resinous and high alpha acid scents throughout. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong dank and bittered hop flavour at first with a lot of malt backbone behind with a ton of depth and pungency throughout, also showing some sugar from honey and pure syrup with a dash of pineapple and some tropical fruits from the hops as well, especially towards the end. Aftertaste is deep with a great balance, some lighter and softer fruit and sweetness, but the astringent alcohol, dank and bittered hop flavors dominate, as well as the alcohol and pungency from the finish. Overall, a surprisingly nice Imperial IPA that shows well throughout, and has a strong complexity, but still goes down quite easily. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Liquor Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 22-September-2018 for US$3.99 sampled in my hotel room here in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 19-October-2018.

Can split at L6, thanks to Leighton, 05/09/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is light pine, citric tinged straw, bitter orange, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, pine, grassy bite, toasted malts, grapefruit, bitter citric shreds, light mineral notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced hop bitterness. Ok old skool leaning DIPA.

Can shared in London - picked up in VT. pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Medium sweet, some ripe citrus, a little vanilla, melon, pear, mild bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly resinous and warming, more ripe citrus. Not bad.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton for the can. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, smooth, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and sweet pale malts, a little creamy sweetness. Smooth pine. Mildly tangy citrus. Modest hop spice. Floral tangy finish. Okay, but a bit tangy.

On tap at Otter Creek, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, with light pine and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is quite dank, with earthy hops, moderate dankness, and a lightly sweet bready malt base. Nicely balanced, with a dank, earthy finish. Good stuff.

16 ounce can. Hazy, yellow gold color. Frothy beige head. Fragrant citrus hop nose. Biscuit malt is quickly overtaken by the bittersweet citrus hop bombardment. Lime, grapefruit and tangerine come to mind. Boozy hints in middle. Slightly astringent peppery notes in finish.

Can from Harvest Market Cloudy golden orange in color with a good sized long lasting frothy white head. Citrus tropical fruit bread and a hint of tart toffee. Not bad but a hint too malty for the style.

Pounder: Pine needle, lemongrass, grapefruit nose. Hazy amber, medium head, good lace. Light body, easy carbonation, resinous. Grapefruit peel, grass. Dandelion finish. Very green and citrusy, easy drinking considering the alcohol content. I prefer a stronger malt balance, but if you like hops, this will be up your alley.
