Keg at Pembury Tavern. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The aroma is tart, tangy, fresh apple, elderflower and custard creams. The taste is crisp, sugary, powdery apple, apple pie, honey cake, leather and tannin with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty pleasant stuff.
