Fire & Fury is a collab with Brouwerij de Molen.

It is a mid-strength stout, with a focus on a soft and round malt character. It welcomes you with cedar and citrus zest aromas mixed with an upfront sweetness of orange chocolate. The cedar tannins provide structure to the rich finish, followed by a gentle but heated kiss by the chillies.

Malt: Best Pale, Brown, DRC, Chocolate, Carafa Sp. 2, Malted Wheat, Flaked Oats
Yeast: WLP 540, US-05
Hops: Columbus

Bodney towers bottleshare. Thanks to Scopey for the can. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Fairly mellow dark malts, light cream and chocolate. Not so mellow chilli, itchy burn, but never overwhelming. Mild thyme on the back end. Okay.
