Fire & Fury is a collab with Brouwerij de Molen.

It is a mid-strength stout, with a focus on a soft and round malt character. It welcomes you with cedar and citrus zest aromas mixed with an upfront sweetness of orange chocolate. The cedar tannins provide structure to the rich finish, followed by a gentle but heated kiss by the chillies.

Malt: Best Pale, Brown, DRC, Chocolate, Carafa Sp. 2, Malted Wheat, Flaked Oats
Yeast: WLP 540, US-05
Hops: Columbus

Can picked up from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham consumed sat at the Brittany ferry port, Bilbao, Monday 9th July 2018 Pours black without a head that soon departed. The orange and chilli bother come through, Loz thinks the chilli is a bit hot, I disagree, however you are aware of it. It’s good but not great. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
