Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up spicy onion like hoppiness and then kind of floral herbal kind of grassy hoppiness. The taste delivers bitter grassy herbal hops with mild floral hoppiness around the edges. Toward midway an additional citrusy slightly tropical note murmurs to the surface. Pretty nice.
