33cl bottle from Pothouse, Tallinn. Pours dark, dark mahogany with a moderate, beige head. Roasty, hoppy and fruity with coffee, chocolate, citrus and hints of pine and rye bread. Moderate to medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Fairly balanced and quite tasty.

Black color, tan head with good retention, some lacing. Aroma with hoppy notes, roasted malts. Flavor with a decent bitterness, hoppy, roasty, moderate coffee beans. Bittery final with coffee notes.

Huge, dense & ultra-fine pale cream-ochre head over ruby-shot brown-black beer; textbook lace. Dry hops, black chocolate, rust, roastbeef gravy, dark green leaves. Bitter-hoppy, with a good roast backbone; coffee, mocha, black cnocolate, husks, rye. Very slick (hopoils & grist), good carbonation. Excellent, lasting and balanced palate. I love a good black IPA. As this one. 7/4/8/4/15

Bottle (thanks marduk). Pours dark brown with light brownish head. Aroma is roast, coffee, fruits. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, coffee, rye, malt. Finish is roasty. Carbonation is bit agressive. Overall: good.

330 ml Bottle. Thanks to MonsterMagnet for this Bottle. Pours with a hazy, dark brown color and a nice off-white head. Aroma of overripe tropical fruits with hints of spruce. Taste of toasted malts, chocolate and herbs/spices. nice roasted & bitter-fruity finish.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Alex and Susanne. Clear dark brown with a thin tan head. Roasted malt aroma with some hops. Nice bitter taste and some pretty prickly carbonation. Nice fresh black IPA.

Bottle. Brown bronze pour. Aroma of caramel, licorice, peach and coffee. Taste of licorice, caramel, peach, bitter hop, coffee, cacao and a bitter finish. Solid.
