Draft. A hazy yellow beer with lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of petroleum, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of petroleum, straw, lemons, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and grapefruity. Smooth, solid bitterness, yet fruity sweet impressions keep this in check. Dry, fruity and citrusy crisp hoppy finish.

Draft @ Söder om Småland, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity peachy hoppy citrus bitter flavor. Has a fruity citrus hoppy bitter weak peachy finish.

Draught @ The Rover. Yey! I got the last few drops before they ran out completely. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and prominently hoppy fresh with crackers, pineapple, papaya, overripe lemon, yellow winegums, freshly cut grass, lemon balm, cat piss, grapefruit rinds, orange peal and hints of spring meadow dew. Taste is bitter, fruity, herbal and earthy with crackers, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, pine needles, freshly cut moist grass, moist soil, black currant leaves, water melon rinds, lemon zest, yellow winegums, orange peal and hints of chives. Mouthfeel is crisp, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter and fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, freshly cut moist grass, unripe tropical fruits, yellow winegums, pine needles, black currant leaves and moist soil. With some of the new local breweries having released plenty of fresh hop-focused APA, IPA and IIPA on the Gothenburg market we aren’t as blown away by the freshness of this beer. However, this is extremely fresh but manages to stay quite balanced with almost no onion or diesel fresh hop character and also focuses on an interesting rarely used hop variety. (Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 21 Feb 2014) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of biscuits, peaches and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with peaches, mango, pineapple, biscuity malt, grass and a generous floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit different for an IPA, quite light and fruity, but very fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Draught. Almost clear golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, lychee, bread, red berries, light yeast, weed and light bubblegum. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of pineapple, tangerine, red berries, bread and light yeast. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice and hoppy. Some weird aromas though. Might be too fresh even.

Draught @ Mbargo. Pours yellow with a small white head. Notes of pineapple, vegtables and citrus. Quite sour. Pretty sweet aswell. Herbal bitterness.

Drucken på fat på bishop Gustav, Malmö. Ljust gul, disig. Fantastisk doft av kivi, lichie, persika och nyklippt gräs. Mycket lätt kropp, skulle gissat lätt APA och helt humlefokuserad, lätta lite sträva fruktig smaker och en krispig beska. Smaken bra men lite lika stor som doften och eftersmaken är lite platt och kroppen inte riktigt där. Roligt att få dricka, men framförallt dofta på en så färsk IPA.
