Primera sorachi que pruebo, expectante. El aspecto es estupendo con un tono dorado turbio y una espuma cremosa muy abundante y extraordinariamente duradera. Aroma muy frutal y dulce a la vez. Realmente muy aromática. En boca es muy suave y bebible. Amarga, seca, frutal, bastante cítrica. de nuevo aromática. Notas lácteas. Especiada. Muy agradable. Muy interesante.

[ As Guineu Sorachi Madness ].Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, sorachi - bubble gum - dill, pepper, light peach. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peppery, citrus, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity hops, light peach, light dill. Keg at the Fox - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a creamy topping. The nose holds some herbs, lemon peel and hay. Light to medium sweet, with some dried pale malts, more herbal notes, spicy pine needles. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance to the finish, with bits of citrus peel, grassy bitterness, a little yeasty spiciness, some wheat flakes. Nice one.

On tap at Wateringhole. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of Sorachi Ace, smells like it’s barrel aged, vanilla, oak, light citrus. Flavour is light malty, dry, citrus, hint of vanilla, Sorachi Ace, bitter finish. Light bodied, firm carbonation.

Draft @ Wateringhole A’dam. Hazy pale golden color. Thin, dense white head. Aroma’s: fruity, bubblegum, light oak/vanilla (?). Retronasal it’s fruity, sourish, bubblegum, caramel. Flavor is fruity sourish, with some sweet and bitter. Light bodied. Rather bitter finish.

Bottle @ home. Clear folden colour with a medium sized white head that lasts a long time. Smells loads and loads of coriander, floral, perfume, soapy. Tastes coriander, soapy, perfume, doughy, bitter. Thin to medium body, medium carbo. The coriander and soapyness absolutely wrecks this beer for me. Okay maybe I’m overreacting a bit but damn I dislike coriander.
