This beer is San Clemente's original IPA. It is a unique balance of west coast hops. It is dank, earthy, piney, resiny, and extremely drinkable. This IPA helped put Pizza Port San Clemente on the map!

On tap at Pizza Port San Clemente, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fruity and vibrant, with lots of piney hops, lots of fresh tropical fruit, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Vibrant and bright. Really great.

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell, London during the Pizza Port tap takeover. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white cap. Sugary citrus nose, with lemon, orange, tangerine and hints of pine needles. Medium sweet flavor with some light dry pine needles, more tangerine, mango, lemon, decent pale malt backbone. . Medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Moderately bitter grapefruit finish with notes of mango, pineapple, tangerine and further pine needles. Good one.

Light amber color. Lots of crystal malts in the mouth, pineapples and apples. Solid well balanced beer that doesnβt remotely try to be over the top. Light bitter finish.
