Fearless and bold, our Epic IPA earns its name vanquishing hops at a rate of no less than two pounds per barrel. And yet, this heroic outlaw still achieves a noble balance of clean bitterness, smooth malt, and citrusy hops, making it the perfect sidekick for your next wilderness tale.

Large can on 29th December 2022 in an Air B&B, Wine county Temecula. Light haze in the golden body, large Snow White head. Hoppy with a citrus lead, fairly bitter, but not overly so. Decent all round.

On tap at Lead Dog - Reno, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has an odd hop character, with bitter pine cones, odd herbal notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bitter as fuck, with herbal notes and biscuity malt. Bitter and herbal. This isn't good.

Bottled. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and a quite nice big sweet maltiness to it as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary, some resin, wood and mild herbal notes. Nice malty and hoppy finish.

Bottle delivered by Ales by Mail, drunk at home. Dark gold/amber, hazy with a small bit of off-white head. Noticeable carbonation. Muted but enticing aroma of papaya and resin. A note of rubber and maybe a hint of butternut squash. Bittersweet balanced taste, with the hops lurking in the background threatening to overshadow the taste with bitterness, but they don’t. A sweet malty note in the medium to long finish. More papaya, some pine and zucchini bread. Pretty damn good.

Light haze on this orange - amber beer, big cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth, good fine carbonation. Light and creamy sweet malts. Mild mango in to orange peel and light peel bitterness. Smooth finish. Lacks hop punch but it’s clean and drinkable.
