Hand grated lemon zest is augmented by a hop combination that neatly walks the tightrope between sharp and sweet. The citrus core has additional notes or sherbet, lime and gentle spice.

Keg at Brighton Beer Dispensary. It pours hazy golden - amber with a medium white head. The nose is fresh, soft, sweet, lemon - lime, sherbet, candy and citrus peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemon peel, tangy lime, peppery spice, waxy peel, bread, toasted grain and cereal with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and rather drinkable. Not bad. Could probably.

Keg at St Albans beer shop, St Albans, Herts. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, orange, citrus, grapefruit aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, orange, grapefruit, citrus, slight sweetness. Very nice indeed, my first from Wiper and True.

Keg at the Fox E8 - London. Pours hazy gold with a creamy topping. Juicy and rindy citrus on the nose, some pine, bread. Medium sweet flavor with lightly floral hops, more orange, tangerine, sugar, bread, meringue. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly gooey citrus to close, simple bready sugars, pine, earth. Solid.

Keg at the Fox. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The nose is sweet, juicy, big tropical citrus, orange, mango, tangerine, candied peel and orange muffin. The taste is crisp, bitter, zesty orange, grapefruit, boozy fruit punch, kumquat, sherbet, mature cheddar, nut, pepper, minerals and marmalade with a dry, zesty finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice aroma. Weird nutty cheddar aspect on the taste, but sort of works.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Lively carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of white wine, caramel and brown bread. Flavour of lime, sweet malt, sugar and a hint of spice on the finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. I expected the lemon zest to come through more, but I enjoyed this.
