Sa saveur est d’une très grande fraîcheur dans laquelle la coriandre joue efficacement son rôle désaltérant.
La dégustation se poursuit par un grand frisson dû à l’écorce d’orange séchée.

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with lots of suspended sediment and a light head. Aromas of coriander, dry citrus, wheat and a bit of white pepper. Flavors follow same with additional vegetal notes which may not be out of style. Doesn’t look too good but it’s tasty.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is heavy on the coriander with bready wheat, spicy yeast, citrus including lemon and orange peel, more spicy notes. Flavour is fairly sweet with low bitterness. Body is medium. Sweet and a bit too heavy on the coriander.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a cloudy yellow, with small white misty head which doesn't last. Aroma of coriander, lemon, wheat, sweet malts. Nice but standard. Coriander really comes through in the taste followed by a light tart lemon, quite sweet throughout, dry in the finish with some wheat, cracker and a modest bitterness. Slightly underrated I think, I like it.

Tap at Circus, Rimini, Italy. Pours blonde, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is nice of cereal and yeasty, spicy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, a little spicy. Final is average, a little thin.

Cloudy dark yellow amber with a persistent 5mm porous head. Maybe I have COVID but I can't detect much on the nose. Very slight earthiness, herbiness. Indistinct citrus in the mouth. Maybe slightly grassy herbal. Short. Drinkable but nondescript. Reading the other reviews here, wondering if I was drinking the same beer...

hazy pale yellow colour, large, though quickly collapsing white head; aroma of coriander, biscuity, wet wheaty and moderate lemony notes; taste is quite sweet with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and with some yeast; not bad

Rocky white head stayed on cloudy pale straw coloured body. Strange herbal aroma. Medium bodied, tingles over the tongue & smooth on the back. Herbaceous, vegetal, boiled potatoes & earthy tastes with a fruity finish. What a strange beer.
