Following the Blond and Brown Bink, the brewery launched a third type of beer: the Blossom Bink, on the occasion of the 50th consacration of the blossoms in 2000! We brew this seasonal beer every year in the same period (spring-summer). The ingredients are: five types of malts, one type of Belgian hops, brewing water, yeast, honey from Sint-Truiden and pear syrup from Vrolingen. It has a fruity taste with a slightly sweet tone and a long fruity and soft bittery aftertaste.

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a dark brown with small off white head. The aroma is strong earth and funk, belgian yeast. Belgian yeast, oak, dark fruit, dry finish, very good.

Smell-weak to medium, Belgian yeast, hops. Foam- thin, Belgian yeast, weak hops, caramel, yeasty, weak acidic tones, hops. Head is large, white-yellow-orange color. Goes away fast though. Appearance- generic red bottle cap, somewhat simple label, but not too generic. From - snifter Price-2,49 euros Taste- yeasty, Belgian yeast, some hops, bit herbal, acidic, alcohol not hidden. Some caramel and sweetness in the mix. Has some great qualities of Belgians, but something is not too well balanced to make this shine. But not bad overall.

Flowery, very perfumed aroma with pear and honey. Sweetish taste, also with pear and honey. Hopbitter finish. The taste is much better as the very cloudy appearance

Bottle from Bacchus Cornelius, Brugge. Dark purple-brown with an extremely thin head. There's lots of alcohol amongst its Belgian malts in its aroma, but this disappears to an extent in taste. Some yeasts are involved, it has a light sweetness and a plum styled fruitiness.

Bottle. Unclear brownish amber with short lived head. Sweet caramel malts, licorice, raisans, yeast, boozy. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, shared by Beerhunter111, thanks!
Dark red-brown body, with a medium, creamy, beige head.
Aroma of brown sugar, sweet sticky red fruits, caramel, some cocoa, some bread.
Tastes pretty similar.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes sweet, sugary, fruity, a bit malty.

OK. Much too sweet for my liking, sticky and sugary. Stillnot bad, quite interesting.
