Hazy golden color. Some apple aroma, but like the other McClure’s Ice Cider this one as well has some glue. Moderately sweet, moderately sour, with apple juice flavor, and a mild bitterness; not too boozy; in the final there is some astringency, unexpected in Ice Ciders, but pleasant.
Nice, but its flavor profile is midway between a good cider and an Ice Cider.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out blackberries upfront, along caramel, treacle toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is delicious, with loads of caramelized apples, treacle toffee and some blackberries. Complex as hell, with an impeccable balance of berries and caramelized apples. Phenomenal.

Thank you! 375 ml. bottle sampled @ “Dean’s sticky Bomb Shelter” Tasting. Med dark yellow. Nose is sweet syrupy apple, alcohol is there but isn’t overly heavy, fruit carries more of a white sugar, residual sugar quality than actual fruit. Taste is med. syrupy simple apple juice with good amount but not excessively so white sugar, residual sugar, alcohol is clearly there, continues throughout the taste ,… Low tart in the back. Rather sweet but not extremely so. Med. lightly syrupy substantial body. Overall a highly pleasing but also very simple Ice Cider offering. Lacks some complexity compared to some others. Very good still.

Bottle shared. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma of sweet red apples, light toffee and a little sharp cooking apple behind. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Medium bodied with fairly flat carbonation.

Bottle @ Steve_0, thanks to b3shine for the very generous bonus. Pours a golden appearance with no head. Smells like apple juice with a little bit of spice. Not a ton of complexity in the aroma but it smells nice enough. A little gooey. Thick, apple syrup flavor with some cinnamon and vanilla. Gooey. Kind of fun but not on the same level as some Quebecois ciders.
