Tap @ pakhuis. Pours unclear amber/orange. Ok white head. Smell is sweet, fruity ( orange ) and a tad yeasty. Taste is surprisingly bitter , some clear Spice note , thinking of cardamon but not entirely sure. Rather thin body, rather high carbo. Very different taste thzn expected after the scent. Ok

Huge dense yellowish head over muddy amberish orange beer, UFO-laden. Grainy nose with alcohol (strange, that, for 6.8% only), white candi sugar, faintly spicy. Rather sharpish toasted flavour, light sweet; bit spicy bitternesss backthroat. Vaguely citrus-y. Sharp, and fizzy carbonation, medium bodied, slick, alcoholwarming (bis). Strange - not bad. Blind, I’d given it easily 8% ABV, if not more. Thanks to Stef!

330 ml. bottle sampled at home. Purchased @ ALBO. BBF 06/19. Their 20th anniversary beer, I didn’t realize that these guys have been around that long. Slow Gusher! Very hazy almost going to murky orange, off-white, small solid head. Nose is old aspirin, odd faintly sour spoiled lemon, old yeast, kitchen spices. Taste is massive old stale yeast, lots of old stale cookies, some bandages, old dusty medicine, lightly fizzy, stale old medicine. Feels like it has some mild issues as some of their beers have had in the past. Taste isn’t that good but it isn’t that bad either if you are okay with old medicine, old yeast, faint sweet old very dusty vanilla-like sweetish spices. About passable if you like beers like this. Not too good but yeah, I am not the biggest fan of these guys either.
