Bottle. Pours a cloudy earthy green with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of funk and earthy grains with some light spice supporting. Flavor has spices and funk with some light fruits and earthy grain.

Bottle 750ml. @ home on the terrac. [ As Fantôme Vertignasse ].Clear medium to dark green colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - green head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, spicy, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, herbal, green tea, peppery. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, peppery, dry, saison yeast, green tea, herbal, spicy, herbs bitter. Bottle at home. Hazy green with a big white head. Herbal aroma with mint an nettles, along with fruity overtones. Dry, herbal and fruity flavour with spicy notes. Quite bitter finish. I guess it takes Fantome to make a green, herb-infused saison-witbier work...

Bottle split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to Leighton, 17/04/18. Mint sauce green with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy, lemon rind, light spice, yeastesters. Taste comprises lemon and lime, herbal notes, yeast esters, grains, damp straw, light spice, lemon jelly. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but not getting tip fiddy for style ... probs the best green beer I've had this year mind!
