Bottle. Pours a cloudy earthy green with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of funk and earthy grains with some light spice supporting. Flavor has spices and funk with some light fruits and earthy grain.

Hazy grewn color. Wheat, salt, and and mild grain flavor. Some flowers and a a bit of sugar. Unique. Earthy finish.

Bottle split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to Leighton, 17/04/18. Mint sauce green with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy, lemon rind, light spice, yeastesters. Taste comprises lemon and lime, herbal notes, yeast esters, grains, damp straw, light spice, lemon jelly. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but not getting tip fiddy for style ... probs the best green beer I've had this year mind!

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is herbal and spicy with light grain notes. Some floral notes as well, but mostly herbal with some lighter spice notes. A bit peppery with some coriander and lime. Pours a fairly clear, green color with hints of brown hues and a medium large, pillowy, white head that shows really decent retention as it very slowly recedes. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is a bit sweet with some light grain notes. Medium light bitterness with some medium light mineral notes as well. Light lime notes with a bit of pepper and coriander. Light floral and pear esters. Light phenolics. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very interesting and nice beer. Its Fantome's take on a witbier with lots of Fantome funky ingredients. Balanced phenolics and citrus notes.
