Draft @ Planet Oedipus ’17. Black color. Beige head with good retention. Aroma’s: peat, roast, with sweetness and dark caramel retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet, roasty, peat. Medium bodied - drinks easily. Finishes with lots of peat, bitter. Really nice!

On tap at Planet Oedipus. Black colour, beige-brown head. Aroma of caramel, roasted malts, light fruity, peat, match stick, some wood. Flavour is very earthy, peat, liquorice root powder, roasted malts, some caramel, light fruity, peated bitter finish, some wood. Medium to full bodied. Got better when it warmed up. Nice.

Bottle shared thanks to MrHangover. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of roast, licorice, dark chocolate, light peaty scotch, woody barrel and caramel. Flavour is light heavy sweet and above moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.

Black with light brown head. Lots of roast, dark chocolate, smoke, light peat, soft marzipan, light bandaids, quite some coffee, soft dead leaves, dark bread. Over medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied. Very nice. 4 8 4 8 17
