Draught@CBC2016. Hazy yellowish golden coour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some floral and mild cold sour coffee. Flavour is sour cold coffee tones with some floral and mild fruity tones. Worked better than expected.

Tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, lactic tartness, tropical, floral, light fruity coffee. Taste is fruity, bitter, lactic, citrussy, light earthy.

Straw-golden color, weak whitish foam. Aroma: citrus, fruit, light acidity. Taste: light acidity, fruit, a little citrus, sour milk, some coffee.

Keg at Draft House Goodge Street. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. There’s an odd papery, cereal note in the nose, some citrus, grains. Light sweet flavour with mellow acidity, a little lemon, jammy citrus, creamy coffee. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, lightly drying, with faint coffee grounds, tart lemon, citrus candies. Interesting. OK overall.

Tap. Straw yellow, opaque, minimal head. Fruity yeast with slight phenols on nose. Light body. Light sour taste. Fruity. Spicy notes. A hint of coffee on ending.

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy paleish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and very dry with decent carbonation. Minerally seltzer. Tangy coffee, weird in the gentle sour backdrop. Bone dry finish. A horribly over dry mess.

hazy dark orange. smells like a saison berliner mix? Cold brew aroma but it’s light. flavor is cold brew coffee, tart finish and very light.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours pale golden, nose is coffee, lemon, gooseberry, funky, taste is zesty, sour, vinegar, roasted coffee.
