Tap @ OIBF ’16 with Zlotta & Markoijelena. Hazy pale yellow color. White head with good retention. Aroma’s: bretty, sourish. Retronasal there’s sourness, but less brett-funk. Flavor is rather sour. Light bodied. Finishes light bitter, light funky.

Draft at Oedipus International Beer Festival. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of Brett funk, barnyard, citrus, tart tropical fruit and lactic notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to heavy sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from tap at the Oedipus International Beer Festival 2016. Clear, pale straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, very fruity aroma of passion fruit, gooseberry and lemongrass. Sourish-fruity taste of lemongrass, pineapple, passion fruit and white grapes, followed by a short, slightly tart and quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
