Dal jsem si za cíl uvařit poctivou jedenáctku, která osloví a udělá radost. Vařím ji klasicky na dva rmuty, přidávám žatecký chmel, slady odebírám z domácích sladoven. Pivo kvasí sedm dní a následně leží (dozrává) až 4 týdny při teplotě 1 – 2 °C, čímž se chuťově zakulatí, získá ten správný buket a postupně se nasytí přírodním kysličníkem uhličitým. Specifickou chuť získává díky vyššímu obsahu bílkovin a polyfenolů (přírodních látek ze sladu a chmele), kvůli nimž muže být při podchlazení zakalená. Ale tohle pivo poznáte i poslepu: prostě jen ponořte rty do husté smetanové pěny, která spolu s dokonalým řízem jsou tou pravou tečkou za dlouhým výrobním procesem nefiltrované Brněnské 11.

at Statl, Brno. Deep gold to orange color almost clear just a light haze, big head a bit coarse, lasting, lacing. Flavor straight forward Czech malt and hops, clean, some cookies a light sour note, tons of saaz for a bitter finish not toos harsh, it's quite smooth. Lively carbonation medium to thick body, it comes very close to pilsner Urquell I think, excellent balance, savory mineral finish.

Tap at MaltWorm. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of malt, bitter hops. Taste is more malty, at least at start. Hoppy bitterness is slowly coming then last for a long time.Good.

Tap at Malt Worm. Hazy golden body, white head. Light aroma, eggy, herbal, lightly funky, okay really. Lean taste, eggy, fruity, lightly dusty maltiness, a bit grainy, some minerally, salty touches, no bitterness, quite a nice mouthfeel though. This is a good one really, much better than the 12°!
